About Me:
Early in my career I was a Legal Assistant for over ten years and thoroughly loved my job. When a family member became ill I realized the necessity of prioritizing nutrition and wellness. I then studied nutrition and wellness and became a Shaklee Distributor in 1998, helping others become healthier through diet and nutrition. In 2014, I became a Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher, and in 2015 became a Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher. My training continued with William Lee Rand, founder of the International Center For Reiki Training (ICRT), Carolyn Musial, and Colleen Benelli, during which time I received upgrades to the Holy Fire® III Reiki energies. In 2016, I became a Certified Crystal Practitioner™ through Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy. In 2019, I became a Christ Heart Reiki® Master Teacher and have been teaching classes since that time. I also received my certification as a Holy Fire® III Animal Reiki Practitioner.
When I discovered Reiki my life changed forever. I felt like I had come “home.” I had found my life’s purpose and passion, which included teaching others Reiki and empowering them to discover their own healing journeys.
I use Reiki in every aspect of my daily life which includes sending Reiki to family, friends, and animals. I love how Reiki meets everyone right where they are and works to improve the quality of each person’s life.
I offer long-distance Reiki sessions. I use crystals and essential oils to layer the healing experiences of my clients. When appropriate, I provide guidance in the area of nutrition.
I also offer Christ Heart Reiki® Classes, which can be taught in person or live via Zoom.
All modalities that I use are designed to help clients reach higher levels of relaxation, reduce stress, assist with pain relief, provide healing at the cellular level, and any other healing issues they are seeking to resolve.
